"Make A Difference Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit, no kill, all breed dog rescue. MADR was formed for the purpose of preventing abuse to animals in 2010. We are proud to be one of the largest protection shelters in Detroit licensed by the state of Michigan. MADR assists in pulling from rural area shelters with high kill rates, abused, abandoned and neglected animals as well as local shelters. MADR helps the dogs no one else will touch.
